You don't really have a choice if a panzer is doing the teaching.

Some people must be taught by example.  Refurbish an old Panzer and give them a refresher on the lessons of their fathers.

Fuck, that's depressing.  Hope you're able to help some of them along.

Normally I don't really bother with the whole un-pop covers of radio pop music thing, but I like what they did with these.  I was not expecting that much atmosphere out of the Love Is a Battlefield cover.

I could also use more martial folk in general.

Sorry to hear that.  Both of you.

I'm at a point where I just need to get out of my hometown.  I've been here for far, far too long.  The roots are decaying.

Been wanting to take survival courses, myself.  Civilization has become nauseating.

Mind's a little fragmented right now.  Have been sort of thrust into a social life and it has confirmed why I'm not social.  I'm good at it.  Too good.  Humans are exhausting.  Except Joel, but he's basically me anyway so that doesn't count.

Have some new equipment, but the set is incomplete.  My cab is not powerful enough to hold up to the Sunn I put on it so I need a new one.  Also need a new low-end amp because the one I've been using doesn't seem capable of withstanding the effects I'm putting on it now, which shouldn't be too bad because those are cheap, but stores have frustratingly small selections for bass.  Also need a mic and a PA so we can have proper rehearsals.  Also might get a new bass soon.  My Yamaha is good, but I've reached the point where I'm really picky about how things sound and I have my eye on a few used Peaveys and a Schecter but that will require apples to apples testing and whatnot.  Uncle Sam has been generous with my tax returns, so it's just a matter of finding the right shit.  Unfortunately music is the only stable thing in my life right now so even a few days worth of setbacks are maddening.

I also need to get to work organizing the book thing I'm writing.  I write best when I'm going a little nuts so there's a lot to brainstorm.

How are you guys?  You need to stop trying to ded this place.

Might like this, Knight. All kinds of photos from the Eastern Front. I was scrolling through some replies earlier, and a dude mentioned this book too, it's fucking expensive for a physical copy, but found a PDF link. Will read soon.

Good before bed readings.  My thanks.

Whenever I have that kind of money saved up I always put it into instruments and shit.  And what I need to be doing is saving to move.

A computer's on the list too.  Maybe if Uncle Sam is generous with my returns I'll invest that in it.

The magnificent part of it is that aside from using the force to block the perceptions of the Jedi around him, Palpatine's manipulation of both governments was fairly mundane.  The way he put himself at the top of both was brilliant.  He wins no matter what happens and so is free to take his time and wait for the perfect opportunities.

I really want to get into those games but I need a computer that knows how to compute first.

I mean that's true of most force users in the series.  He was just one of the best.  "It's treason, then" makes me wet my pants every time.

I have been meaning to re-watch old Clone Wars.  Might give the new one a chance whenever I do.  I only ever watch shows when I'm sick though and my immune system is the Berlin Wall so it might be a while.

Sheev was executed really well in those films.  They are beneath him.
