Carnal Tomb

Rotten Remains. I've come across literally no buzz surrounding this album. Generally, I don't look to Germany when it comes to death metal either, but this album is solid. Fuck that, it's better than solid. Lemme know if anyone wants a download link.

Yeah,Germany isn't very strong when it comes to Death Metal, but this band is definitely worth checking out.I like it!

Browsing the post, naturally I tried to find a counter-argument on Germany having only a few good bands and I failed miserably. I always loved Excoriate but I don't find much recent stuff from there. Morgoth? Yeah early Morgoth, sure, but they're a completely different band now.

Rotten Remains got the more established, os swedeath production, very in your face. luv it.

Obscenity's 3rd Chapter, Anasarca's Dying, and Torchure's The Essence are the only ones that stick out in my mind. There might be a few more killer albums I have that I've forgotten about, but on the whole, good German death is hard to come across.
