...Yeah, I'm going to try to start this one up for real this time. It won't be "of the week" because I barely have time to take a shit these days. Stay tuned.

Here's a very interesting music project for you. They're a super group of sorts, if you want to label them as such; some went on to form Infected Disarray, a band I'm definitely going to write about in the future.

I personally think that the label Brutal Death Metal was eventually rehashed, watered down, beaten to shit, and subsequently thrown to the side. These guys, however, are a sleeper hit, and more so a hallmark of what the subgenre is capable of being. Comparatively high production quality, memorable grooves, chaotic blasts, and abrupt tempo and time signature changes take the listener through this album, albeit in a tasteful manner. You won't be seeing much of the slam invasion, which was in its climax around the time of release, and not something that I'm particularly fond of.

If you have found yourself listening to Atheist or Suffocation, you'll quickly discover a new spin on what made both of their songwriting interesting and unique.

Link is broke, but I did a little reseach and found a preview. Lille Gruber on drums is enough to make me wanna pirate this.
